This document is published in accordance with the provision of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms and Conditions for access and usage of www.astrosheelagoklani.com.

www.astrosheelagoklani.com henceforth herein referred as "the website" is an internet based retail portal under the laws of India. The website is fully owned and operated by Astro SheelaGoklani. Your access and use of services, tools, your willful participation to offers and schemes are governed by following terms and conditions as applicable to the website and which is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms and conditions.

This Terms and Conditions shall be effective and binding on users on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions, rules & regulations, privacy policies. Astro SheelaGoklani may amend Terms and Conditions and/or Rules and Policies as and when required and necessary as per amended laws of India.

Part I: Rules & Regulations

1. Electronic Communications

You agree to receive any communications via electronic method from www.astrosheelagoklani.com periodically and as and when required. You also agree and able to understand the mode of communication will be through electronic records.

2. Services and Fees Structure

There are no fees charged to access the website. Astro SheelaGoklani reserves full right to charge fees on several additional services and may its discretion introduce new services or all the existing services offered on the website. Your payment to Astro SheelaGoklani with full compliance of all applicable laws shall be sufficient to discharge you from your obligations towards Astro SheelaGoklani regarding payment against raised invoices.

The website provides various types of services through the website which enables users to purchase Various astrological consultation such as Career Consultation, Horoscope matching etc. Services can be purchased from the website through various steps/methods of payment available with the website. The personal details provide by you to enable/access payment facilities available shall solely be at your own discretion and at your own risk. For the safety and protection of your personal details all required precautions have been taken, but no indemnity or surety is given to registered users or guests for any type data leakage due to any mishap which is not in our control. Services once sold shall not be governed by specific policies such as return/cancellation.

3. Privacy Policies

The User hereby on acceptance of this Terms and Conditions agrees that he has read and understood the privacy policies of the website and terms of the policy and content are acceptable to the User.

4. Taxes

You agree to bear any and all applicable taxes, charges, etc. levied thereon and also agree to pay all fees associated with the use and access of the website.

5. Restrictions to the User

On acceptance of this Terms and Conditions the user promises and undertakes not to download, modify, copy, hack, publish or sell or re-sell anything obtained from the website. The User is strictly restricted not to copy any of the patterns, content of the services and articles or try to re-sell the purchased consultation services from the website. User understands and agrees that copying of articles and patterns of the services of the website is strictly prohibited and leads to various legal civil and criminal proceedings.

6. General Rules

On acceptance you agree and also undertake to use the website and the services provided by the website you will not:

  • d)Mail any files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the website or other computer or device, server etc;
  • e)Conduct or forward surveys, contests, schemes or chain letters, emails;
  • f)Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines, which may be applicable for or to any particular service;
  • h)Violate, abuse, unethical manipulation or exploit, any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or any other terms and conditions for the use of the website contained elsewhere.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

a) Unless otherwise indicated or anything contained to the contrary or any proprietary material owned by a third party and so expressly mentioned, Astro SheelaGoklani owns all Intellectual Property Rights to and into the Website, including, without limitation, any and all rights, title, name trademarks, trade names, service marks, designs, meta tags, database, text, content graphics, icons, and hyperlinks. On acceptance you agree that you shall not use, reproduce or distribute any content belonging/from the website without obtaining authorization from Astro SheelaGoklani.

8. Links to Third Party Sites

The website may contain different links to other websites "Linked Websites". The linked sites are not under the control of Astro SheelaGoklani. www.astrosheelagoklani.com is not responsible for the content of any linked site, including without any limitation any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to a linked site. Astro SheelaGoklani will not be responsible for any type of transmission, whatsoever, received by you from any linked website.

There is no endorsement or any association with linked website or with their owners or operators, legal heirs, authorized signatory etc., Astro SheelaGoklani requests the user to verify the accuracy of all information on their own before undertaking any reliance on such information.

9. Pricing

Prices of all products are described on www.astrosheelagoklani.com and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Prices and services may change as per Astro SheelaGoklani's discretion.

10. Conducting Consultation

  • b)If two or more Services are booked together, you may fix the consultation date in different dates and timings separately or altogether as per your wish.
  • d)It is suggested by Astro SheelaGoklani that you should give full and complete birth details with proper city, state, country name to avoid further delay or rejection of the Booking Form.
  • e)You agree that charges of Birth Time Rectification or Re-analyzing Horoscope of the same booked consultation will be payable by you.
  • f)Rectification/change of birth time and birth details will only be allowed before conducting consultation. Once your consultation will be conducted or sent written report rectification/change of Birth details will not be granted.
  • g)Astro SheelaGoklani will not be responsible for consultation delays due to inaccurate or half Birth data provided.
  • h)If your internet connection fails to support you the consultation via Skype/Google Meet that delay will be the responsibility of yours.
  • i)Rescheduling can only be possible once.
  • j)For any type of written report sending option will be electronic if your electronic media is not working well or if you don't submit the accurate Email ID to receive written report Astro SheelaGoklani will not be responsible for refund nor shall re-send it more than Thrice in given email IDs provided by you.

11. Cancellation

Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

12. Refund Policy

  • a)Refunds will only be considered in cases where the client is unable to attend the consultation due to a genuine emergency, subject to verification. In such cases, only the fee amount—after applicable tax deductions—will be refunded. A 5% cancellation charge will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount. Full refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
  • b)All approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment. If the payment was made via CCAVENUE, PayPal, or direct bank transfer, the refund will be credited back to the same source account.
  • c)Upon approval of the refund request, it may take 7 to 10 working days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the original payment method.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.

14. Severability

If any provision of the Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of these Terms shall continue to be in full force and effect.
